We had had lots of rain Sunday.
We'll have much more rain today.
Oh, did I mention that it's gotten really windy?
And our roof started leaking.

I was fine with the weather, even though I delayed going downtown to for fun due to a snow/rain mix in the forecast. But then the roof started leaking, and I suddenly became a bit dismayed.
At least we now have a landlady who we know will fix it. In our previous house it was sort of pointless to call about the roof leaking.

Well, that much rain can really take a toll on your roof. Harsh weather can shorten the lifespan of a roof. So, it would be good to check it after a storm or a typhoon has gone past to see if there are any damages. If you find any, it would be best to mend them right away to keep them from growing into bigger problems.

Our landlady called someone to fix it fairly promptly. All is well with our roof now. :)
